How I Bootstrapped Two Companies And Climbed The Ladder To Success, A Founder’s Story with George Ryan

I am George Ryan. Growing up as the oldest in a large family, I quickly learned the importance of goals and how to recognize and build a vision. After many childhood businesses, I grew my first “real” business working nights, after my day job. I knew what my passion was, and I worked hard to build my company. Today, I am living a life I love, building new businesses, and helping companies reach their true potential. I can truly say that after building two companies from scratch, is it possible to make your entrepreneurial dreams come true.

Tell us about your childhood and where you grew up

A life-long entrepreneur, I grew up in New England by the ocean. I spent my childhood researching growing companies. From backyard lemonade stands, to basement arcades, I quickly released my passion was starting and growing businesses.

How did you get started as an entrepreneur?

I started my business working nights after my day job. I knew what I wanted, but I knew I need to work for it. No one ever said being an entrepreneur is easy.

What is one business lesson you would tell a startup founder?

Don’t give up. Learn all you can, and if you can’t do it, don’t be afraid to outsource. Being an entrepreneur is trial and error. The true secret is to not get discouraged and never give up.
